First off the Bike

Australia's first stop for a mix of Triathlon and Cycling news, firstoffthebike.com gives triathletes and cyclists the inside edge with news, interviews, comment and race reports from Australia and overseas.

After enjoying a 2 year stint at Australia’s all-sports radio station, 1116AM SEN, First Off the Bike made the transition to the web in late 2007. During the show’s radio days, co-creators and hosts Phil Wrochna and Matt Keenan interviewed some stellar names of the Australian and International triathlon and cycling scene – Luke Bell, Peter Reid, Cadel Evans, Peter Robertson, Emma Snowsill, Brad Kadherfelt, Robbie McEwen, Michellie Jones, Greg Welch … to name a few.

firstoffthebike.com takes the best from the radio show and adds a few new additions to create an informative, irreverent and interactive triathlon and cycling hub.
