Snowsill speaks after her ITU win

Emma Snowsill is the ITU's version of Chrissie Wellington. While she does not have the unbeaten record that Chrissie enjoys what Snowsill does have is the ability to peak at the right time for races. Snowy destroyed them in Beijng and now she has set her sights on the new ITU series. The result was a spectacular win in this new series that will no doubt change the way folks think about ITU racing. Emma is going to be a force this season and should line up as favorite on the Gold Coast in September.

Richard Ussher

When Richard Ussher, the 32--year-old adventure race (AR) world champion from New Zealand, signed up for Ironman New Zealand in 2008, he created significant local interest within both the triathlon and multisport communities. Demonstrating amazing resilience just three weeks after winning his third Coast- to-Coast in a tick over 11 hours, Ussher notched up an 8:48 debut Ironman.
