It has always been the rule, that if you don’t pay your membership fees you don’t get the medal. Although I can see the argument that why would you give any money to such an incompetent organisation as TA if everybody did that we wouldn’t have a body at all to organise and manage the running of the sport.

Like me (1st in 40-44), maybe Trent got axed from the results for racing on a one day state licence and not a Triathlon Australia Licence? (could be wrong)

I can understand that they don't give the national title without the national licence, but not that they don't give the age group win (with 2nd place taking national title) and in Trent's case 2nd place in his AG.

So, you pay an entry, and aren't entitled to win anything?

Probably in the rules that I didn't read.

Never mind, you can't eat medals, and Trent knows where he finished as do those behind him that moved up a slot.
